3. Disclosure of Information

We collect, process, and use information about you when you:

Disclosure to Our Service Providers

We may share all categories of your personal information with third-party service providers (which may include best.ShePays affiliates) that assist in various business operations. These providers act on our behalf, under our instructions, and implement necessary security measures to protect your data from unauthorized use or disclosure. For example, we may collaborate with companies to provide member support services, authentication, fraud prevention, referral programs, analytics and marketing

Disclosure to Our Business Partners

Affiliate Partners

When you click on a link to a merchant site via our Services to initiate cash-back shopping, you are directing us to disclose certain information (such as the link you clicked and a unique ID) to an affiliate network. This network tracks your purchases with the merchant. In cases where merchants do not use an affiliate network, this information is provided directly to the merchant. Affiliate Partners may collect data on your Internet and Network Activity for tracking purposes. Some may also use this data for other purposes, such as performance measurement or combining it with other information to create user profiles, which they may share with other clients. These disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of your information under U.S. privacy laws, and you have the right to opt-out as described in Section 5.

Additionally, if we target direct marketing or personalize offers based on your activity within our services for the benefit of a specific merchant, this activity could also be considered "selling," "sharing," or targeted advertising of your personal information. Section 5 provides opt-out options for this type of data use.

Referral Marketing Partners

To offer you more ways to sign up for our services and begin cash-back shopping, we work with referral marketing partners. These partners may receive information about your activity (e.g., whether you've signed up, made purchases, or installed our app or extension) to validate referrals and personalize their marketing. This data sharing may be considered "selling," "sharing," or targeted advertising under U.S. privacy laws, and you may opt-out via Section 5.

Financial Partners

To provide more cash-back redemption options and market co-branded credit cards, we may share your personal information, including Identifiers, with financial partners. By selecting loyalty points or alternative Cash-back methods, you authorize us to share your information with the relevant financial partner. If you opt to receive information about co-branded credit cards, your details may be shared with our financial partners for marketing purposes. You can opt out of these disclosures in Section 5.

Disclosure to Digital Advertising Providers

We partner with third-party advertisers to provide targeted ads and marketing. These partners may automatically collect Internet and Network Activity data (e.g., browsing history, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked) to serve ads relevant to you. Some third parties may also use this data to draw inferences about your preferences and display ads across other websites. You have the right to opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising as described in Section 5.

Disclosure to Other ShePays Group Companies

We collaborate with affiliated companies within the ShePays Group and may share your personal information for internal business purposes. This may include sharing Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet Activity with these affiliates to improve services, monitor trends, and facilitate strategic planning. You may opt out of these disclosures using the tools provided in Section 5.
